Color Out of Space
trailer
After years of living in the city, Nathan Gardner (Nicolas Cage), his wife Theresa (Joely Richardson) and their children Lavinia (Madeleine Arthur), Benny (Brendan Meyer), and Jack (Julian Hillard) are living an idyllic life in a small rural Ohio town. However, their lives become upended when a mysterious meteorite crash lands in their front yard of their farm, bringing with it an unknown color.
While seemingly harmless at first, unexplained occurrences begin happening when the meteorite disappears the next day. Something has come with the meteorite and it has begun to infect, transform, and consume everything around it, turning their peaceful suburban life into a technicolor nightmare.
Based on the short story by H.P. Lovecraft.
